A man has reportedly been shot dead by police after a stand-off at a home southwest of Brisbane.
A police spokeswoman confirmed officers were called to a disturbance at Cassowary Street in Doolandella at about 5.20am on Monday, saying they were involved in a “stand-off” with a man.
Police would not confirm reports the man was shot dead after making threats with a samurai sword.
