A Federal Court judge has upheld a Tamil family’s ability to continue a court challenge to their deportation.
The ruling by Justice Mordecai Bromberg means Nadesalingam Murugappan, known as Nades, Kokilapathmapriya Nadesalingam, known as Priya, and their two Australian-born children can stay in Australia until the court case is finalised.
