Urgent action needed to prevent lockdowns at other high-rise towers: residents

Tenants in high-rise towers outside the lockdown zones have called on the government to take urgent action to avoid another outbreak of Covid-19 at public housing estates in Richmond, Collingwood and Fitzroy.
