Former NSW arts minister Don Harwin has had his $1000 fine for breaching the state’s coronavirus travel restrictions withdrawn.
The case was moved forward four months by public prosecutors and in Gosford Local Court on Friday, the matter was dismissed.
Mr Harwin did not appear in court and the matter dealt with via video link.
He was fined in April for travelling between Sydney and his then-holiday home at Pearl Beach on the Central Coast, when state health orders had outlawed non-essential travel.
